Hello, I'm Aisha.

A Welsh and Lebanese Professional Dance Artist based in the South West of England, and work around the world as a performer and movement teacher/facilitator.

After graduating from London Contemporary Dance School, I joined National Dance Company Wales for nearly six years where I worked with local, emerging and renowned choreographers, some of whom include Andrea Costanzo Martini, Caroline Finn, Marcos Morau & La Veronal, Alexandra Waierstall,

Fearghus Ó Conchúir, Fernando Melo and many more. During my time at NDCWales, I was lucky to tour extensively both around the UK and internationally. Some notable events include the 2019 Rugby World Cup in Tokyo, 2023 Rugby World Cup in the Stade de France, Paris, Artis Tree Festival in Hong Kong, and the Eisteddfod 2018, 2019 and 2021.

Since June 2023, I have been working as a Freelance Dance Artist, and have worked with a variety of different artists, on a range of projects. I have mostly been working with Richard Chappell Dance and balletLorent, as well as Jack Philp Dance and most recently the Paraorchestra

Alongside performing, I facilitate and teach movement classes in diverse settings around the country. Ranging from open level classes for local communities and schools, to training vocational students at dance institutions like The Brit SchoolLondon Contemporary Dance School, Trinity Laban and Falmouth University. I facilitate class for professional dancers, both for freelancers, as well as for companies and organisations.

I am also a qualified 200 hour Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga and Meditation Teacher, and am currently completing my studies in Advanced Mat Pilates.
